Nestled in the heart of Adamstuen, Oslo, lies a unique urban enclave. The former Norwegian School of Veterinary Science - Den Gamle Veterinærhøgskolen - boasts several iconic and period-specific buildings, forming a valuable part of Oslo's cultural heritage. Bredo Greve was the architect behind the oldest building. A comprehensive public participation process is on-going, and the buildings and urban spaces will gradually be brought to life.

This place is set for a significant transformation, evolving from a closed-off area into an open, vibrant urban space. By 2040, the site will be developed to include public services, new housing, workplaces, and amenities, aiming to establish it as the heart of Adamstuen. My contribution, on behalf of Natural State, involved participating in a parallel assignment with Team A-Lab. Our submission, titled "På tvers av tiden" (Across Time), was a feasibility study that explored attractive strategic measures for revitalizing urban life and place identity.
