As lead of the city floor development of Trykkeriet Nydalen, the former Schibsted print factory, I am honored to be part of this inspiring project together with Natural State, for OBOS. This project is a large transformation of the previously closed industrial area, to be turned into a vibrant, diverse, and nature-rich urban environment. Slated for completion in 2033, it will feature approximately 700 apartments, 5,000 m² of public space, and a broad range of services to cater to a diverse community.

Core elements of this transformation is the dedication to develop half of the site into a city park, providing ample space for recreation, activities, fostering local communities. Additionally the print press building will be preserved and revitalized into an iconic glass hall building with indoor city floor. My role has encompassed place identity, city floor programming, and development of the overall strategy for this exciting urban revitalization.
