Exploration is the cornerstone of this transformative project, echoing the spirit of 'Heureka!' Our inspiration stemmed from the site's hidden natural beauty – the river Hoffselva – and the surprising architectural wonders within the sites buildings and the unknown yards between the buildings. We embarked on a thoughtful strategic development, providing sustainable guidance to Storebrand as they reimagined Hoffsveien 1.

The goal was to cultivate an urban, attractive social hub for both businesses and the surrounding neighborhood. This endeavor was fundamentally about the transformation of existing building mass, weaving the inherent qualities of nature with new facilities and vital social services. My role encompassed shaping overarching strategies, designing sustainability workshops, forging the place identity ground concept and programming. Work together with Lemon EVE.
